"Horrible. I made a reservation for an entire weekend with us checking out Monday . We had 2 day tickets to the Columbus zoo an water park. We ended up having a problem with our car and did. Or end up arriving until Sunday morning. Only to find out there was no manager on site. And than that they had canceled our reservation. We were then told we needed to contact Expedia for our refund. And now I have been going back and forth with this hotel an expiedia ever since. And I paid for the insurance...
