"GOOD - Great breakfast buffet! Had chicken curry, pho noodles, bacon, lots of bread and fruit, fried rice - Wifi was fast (as in most areas in Vietnam) BAD - Long walk to the main city. Taxis could range from 60,000 vnd (day) to 160,000 vnd (night). Make sure to get the hotel to call taxis for you to avoid rax"

"It's cheap businesses attitude. Unfriendly, unhelpful, doesnt feel welcoming as a hotel guest , and unprofessional. The hotel can't even give you a free bottle of mineral water in your hotel room. No toilet paper etc..They will charge you every penny they could. What a cheap businesses model.. "

"Great location. Easy walk to do many interesting things in Old Hanoi. Nice breakfast buffet or made to order. The staff is fantastic. So friendly and helpful.
