"Good location, but room was TINY, quality of staff and attention to detail was mediocre. Maid came to room twice in 5 days, and shirted us towels and didn’t notice we were completely out of toilet paper. Pool towels were empty and when we called to get more, staff told us after 6pm, they empty them. It’s a ski resort, hot tub is mainly going to be used after 6pm, so why would that be the time to empty the towels?? Breakfast at overlook restaurant took an hour and there were only 2 tables. Food was like warm when it arrived and was mediocre at best. The shuttle service and ski rentals on property were a great bonus and staff was great. "

"Great hotel, we have stayed here several times. Rooms are wonderful. Our hot tub smelled strong like dirty sea water so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"We had a great view overlooking the city and the pool that was on the six floor. The hotel was beautiful, parking was easy. The room was spotless, the beds were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremly classy place. I will stay there again."

"The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort."
