The staff were so thoughtful, we were left a bar of chocolate, some pops & birthday hats, also a personally-written birthday card from the hotel staff... such a lovely surprise. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient. I love the facilities, namely the gym & pool, including sauna, spa & steam room.
