"We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We loved it. Staff was very friendly, food was good, got to see plenty of animals from our room! But be prepared to pay more money by the end. Considering how much we paid for the room, we would’ve thought the airport transfer should’ve been included for free, but nope. $200 each way. That is very expensive. Also, they charge a national park fee daily. We had to pay an extra 1.2K. Just an FYI. But we enjoyed everything. "

"Ok experience. Nothing more and nothing less. Two Norwegians pretty used to comfort and good accommodations, and this wasn’t all the way as expected at this price level, even though it’s Serengeti. "Remote glamping. Feels like a miracle that this camp in the middle of the Serengeti has hot water, electricity, Internet, and white tablecloth dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is not for the faint hearted or light sleeper. There are delightful animal noises at night. Baboons come into the camp at dusk. "The property has been closed for two weeks and we were not notified until we got there in the middle of the night we need an explanation and refund. "We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400.
