"Check in was quick and efficient. Christian, the associate at the desk was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm. The view of the frozen Lake Michigan from our room was amazing. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well maintained. The preorder box breakfast was delivered to our room on time and was fine with options for fresh fruit, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was great for the price! We were pleasantly surprised with our room. The hotel is very clean and the staff were all very nice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were also very clean and in great working order. About the only thing I can think of that they can improve on is the breakfast offered, but we knew that going in based on other reviews. They offered boiled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, and make your own waffles. Overall a great stay, we left happy! "

"WE had a group of friends and we road our snowmobiles into town. Hotel staff was great especially the lady that ran the breakfast! Hot tub felt great after a long day of riding. Great location on the water and near downtown and the bridge. "

"Our stay at the Baywatch Resort was fantastic. The rooms were spotless clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. The jetted tubs were also superb. We have never been more relaxed in a hotel. We've decided that when we have extended business in Traverse City we'll be going to the Baywatch. Looking forward to staying again! "

"Very nice 2 room suite facing Grand Traverse Bay. Small kitchenette area stocked with basic supplies. Large comfortable bed. TVs in bedroom and living room with very good channel lineup.. Nice bathroom with large shower. Everything was spotless. Convenient breakfast and on site parking. Excellent information booklet provided for city and surrounding area maps and details."

"We had a fabulous time at Boyne Mountain! The skiing conditions/trails were absolutely perfect! We happened to be there when they had extended skiing hours which was such a bonus! All of the food and drinks we had was excellent, albeit expensive. The property and facilities were clean. We loved loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs, they were clean, hot and spacious. I had read a prior review about the hot tub being taken over by a bunch of teenagers which did happen the first night, however,...

"Great winter rates! Small facility so it was nice and quiet. Very clean, updated rooms and gathering area with video games, board games and tvs. First time I’ve stayed at a facility that has on line check in along with all communication but it worked well! "
