"The building The Wee Snug is located in looked terrible from the outside when we arrived and once through the buildings front door our hopes were dashed. The entrance foyer is terrible. There was an electric system alarm going off ( There were instructions how to stop the alarm but it didn't work, another person living in the building said he was contacting the owner and I msgd them too- no response and the alarm was still going when we left the following morning). "This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also...

"The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. "

"The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for my mum, my sister, and me on our recent visit to Derry. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Peace Bridge and all the sights of Derry. Restaurants and a small grocery store are within an easy walk. Great value for the price. "
