"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "

"The dishes were very clean - probably thanks to the presence of a dishwasher ! It was tricky trying to figure out how to work it - perhaps have some instructions around ? The bedroom door is very close to the end of the bed - we had to close the door in order to walk around to the bathroom."

"Excellent apartment with a huge spa. Only issue is the room was on a busy, noisy street, so sirens and hoon cars can be heard throughout the night."

"Apartments looking tired with dated shower in need of revamp especially. Yes currently surrounded by construction but didn’t bother us. Still a great location for quick travels around city sights. Staff average along with rooms. Convenient parking onsite. "

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"
