"We had such a wonderful stay at Rainbow Lake. Thank you Steven for letting us keep the boat right there on the shoreline for easy access during our stay. The room was comfy but the pillows were super hard!! LOL. After we found the extra pillows we were OK. The common area was absolutely perfect! We met the neighbors and had a community fire in the pit on our last night. Thank you again and we will DEFINATELY be back to visit."

"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it.
