"Nicely remodeled, but the room layout, room 203, was not ideal or well done. . .door to shower and toilet very tight space. Walking around to far side ( window side) of the bed was an obstacle course and really tight squeeze. Nice wall covering in shower toilet room, but sloppily finished. A fifteen dollar " deposit" from my credit card was charged upon check in. At check out I was told that this would be refunded by the bank in a day or two. Given that I did not purchase anything why is this not immediately refunded at check out?"

"Our daughter lives in Kansas City. Whenever we visit we stay at Lotus. It is always clean, quiet, comfortable and has a great breakfast. I feel the price is reasonable too."

It’s very quiet mostly because everything is so spread out and there’s really not much within walking distance but I enjoyed the peace and quiet. Definitely will keep on my list for when I go back to Kansas. "
