"The hotel was great, as it always is. We stayed in the king suite with the whirlpool tub. The room was great, but the tub needs some refurbishing. The jets and all worked fine, but you could tell it's been in use for quite a long while. It wont deter us from staying here again. This is primarily the only hotel we stay at when visiting Helen. The staff are wonderful and always very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was ok, the indoor pool was not working, and the breakfast area was small and lacking enough sitting. The hotel look/felt very dated, but the staff was very friendly and accomodating."

"We were on the 4th floor. The Wi-Fi did not work. The toilet world run after flushing so had to jiggle the handle to make it stop. The elevators could be cleaner. "
