"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. "The blinds were broken on the sliding glass door so privacy was an issue at night walking around with lights on. This location you will need to rent a car as not much is within walking distance. "

"Property was nice, clean, and well maintained. It did not have heat, which is only an issue during a couple months out of the year, but the campgrounds were quiet and the staff and other residents were polite and welcoming. Will be returning."

"We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. "

"I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

"My family vacationed here for 4 days and enjoyed it! The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy some of the amenities. But we did use the laundry service, eat at the restaurant, and walk the beach. We had a great time! This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back! "
