"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."

The bed is on a mezzanine, however comfortable and I was pleased there was a fan I could use to keep me cool on one of the hottest days of the year. "There was not good communication about the size of the room. This was listed as suitable for 6 people and it certainly was not. We were 4 adults and 2 kids, the adults not in pairs. But we were willing to push through for one night. The other problem was an inadequate amount of linen. We needed more towels and blankets/sheets. I called Samantha to ask about additional linen and her response was not what I expected. She asked if we were cold because the room was adequately warm and we’d be fine...

"What a lovely place. I booked really late only a few days in advance but it was no problem. Even checking in 2 hours later than I said due to flight delays. Car park is £10 per which isn’t cheap but hassle free. Check in instructions perfect and when you get in the place is lovely. It’s warm yes but there are fans. The only thing I would say is the noise. Saturday night wasn’t too bad but Friday the pub across the road was playing live music outside (yes outside) till midnight!! Other thing...
