They do a very good job at creating a warm atmosphere inside the restaurant and throughout the hotel. Staff were exceptionally professional and polite. This is one of the rare occasions when things are notably good at all levels, so much so that it would be remiss of me to not give credit for the vision being pursued and executed by management. "
