"Very nice and cozy"

"Not impressed. Room was clean, but kind of "industrial sterile." It felt like I was staying in a clean hospital room. The TV did not work at all. Staff were great - friendly and helpful. But after watching them fiddle with it for 30 minutes they finally moved me to a different room where the TV worked, but changing the channels was like running in sand. S-L-O-W. The clock on the microwave shined incredibly bright all night and I had to drape a hand towel over it. Clean and cheap hotel with nice staff, but I was not impressed overall."

"The hotel is in a prime location & has great amenities. However, the cleanliness was very disappointing. Upon arriving in our room, it appeared clean, but then we found that none of the surfaces had been wiped down, the shower was never cleaned and had hair & other residues. When I brought the issue to the front desk I was told that my room would have a full service clean the next day, that never happened. They came and changed the sheets & gave fresh towels, but the shower remained untouched as well as the other surfaces. Pretty dissappointing for such a nice property. "
