"Rooms were comfortable and clean. Quiet location. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, but several times I had to wait at the desk before staff would come out from the office, including having to call for help. The outside sidewalk and parking lot was extremely icy and hazardous. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good, although the coffee needs improvement. I had multiple problems with my room key, requiring reprogramming."
