"Appreciated the friendly atmosphere. The room was basic, but clean and functional. Beach and restaurants were an easy walk. "

"Would definitely stay again but upgrade to ocean view. Resort view was the street side w a view of a high rise next door. The balcony was fewer than 6 inches deep, but did have a sliding door which could be opened for fresh air. The ac was very effective but I should have requested the airflow be redirected so it didn’t blow directly at the bed (2 queens). Easy access to grocery store and pharmacy. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Beach service was excellent and the pool and pool bar area were clean and inviting. Breakfast was delicious and all waitstaff were prompt and attentive. I’m no world traveler but for the level of accommodation I was very pleased and would choose Plunge again! Also, such a nice quiet area but easily walkable to great restaurants like Blue Moon and Sea Watch. "

"I spilled some water on the floor by accident,and wiped it with a towel, the towel came up clean. This place is very clean and the housekeeping staff are very pleasant. They use phone translators which work good.There is no permanent hotel staff on the premises . Very convenient location!"

"The hotel is in very poor condition. The listing said it has a restaurant and bar, those had both closed many months ago according to the staff. The pool is actually green with algae. Everything is very dirty. The room key card did not work at all. We had to get the staff to let us in our room every time. We paid for a “King Suite” actually got a gueen bed, the microwave and half the lights and electric outlets did not work, no power. The baseboard molding around the bedroom are all rotted with mold growing on them. Non of the ice makers worked. The air conditioning units blew warm humid air. To top things off there is a train track that runs less than 100 feet from our room. Trains run about every four hours thru the night. This hotel listing was totally inaccurate. Very disappointed."
