"We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. "Positive feedback: Friendly welcome, comfortable bedroom with nice decor. The kettle & tea & coffee in the room were very welcome. The local area was quiet Very little noise from outside the property, due to soundproof windows. Other feedback. Internal doors would benefit from some sound proofing & soft/ quiet close options to reduce noise made by guests."

"Lovely warm and friendly welcome on the Saturday, Sunday breakfast staff not as friendly or speedy. (My breakfast was cold). Room was cute, clean and had everything we need, shower was hot, (toilet seat very wobbly.) Would stay again, good location, great views and value. "

"Was a nice hotel and would recommend it as generally it was nice, clean, comfy & well located for the Xmas market. Downside was the aircon wasn’t working & the room was very warm and they said they would get it sorted but never did. I believe they probably don’t want to turn it on because of cost but don’t want to say! I was disappointed that for a five star hotel the hairdryer didn’t have a nozzle on the end. Small thing I know!"

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was unusual in that it was an internal room - no windows! Had we known we probably would have chosen something else but they were booked out. Had a skylight so that stayed open. Room was clean and apart from no windows, was just fine. We ate in the restaurant/bar area. Not bad but not a huge choice. Didn’t want to take the car into Belfast, so caught the bus right outside. 30 mins later in the city. Super cheap and super easy. Would stay again but would make sure we had...
