"Alicia at the front desk is the only thing that made me give this four stars however she is definitely five stars and by far the nicest and most hospitable of all staff. She went above and beyond to help me when I was unable to get my room cleaned for over the month I stayed she even changed my sheets herself and went out and personally bought me a swiffer to help me.
