"The receptionist (Mark) was terrific when we checked in yesterday. For some reason our key card didn’t work. Mark asked if he could give it a try (3rd floor at the end of the long hallway) but the key didn’t work for him either. So he solved the problem right away by moving us to a different room immediately (because we were very tired after a long day at Safari Park). Thanks again Mark!"

"No frills but comfortable and easy walking distance and recently renovated. On a busy street so a bit of traffic noise but not horrible. Starbucks right across the street. Easy walk to beach."

"The rooms were ok, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable. I didn't expect them to be "heavenly" beds, but when the mattress is sinking in and you can feel the springs, it's time to replace them. The sofa beds were even worse. The only redeeming quality is the location. Centrally located to mostly everything, you don't have to drive anywhere. They also have on-site reserved parking, which was worth the price, considering parking is notoriously limited. "
