"The hotel was closed and they sold a room without being open to customers. I need my money back. This is not fair when I have a 70 and 75 year old sister and brother inlaw that could not stay in that hotel. We had to drive an hour to find another hotel. I need my money back inmediately"

"I waited for over an hour at the airport for the shuttle. The motel is only a few minutes from the airport. My flight was late and was only in the room for 4 hours because the shuttle took so long."

"I liked the size, the amenities, the staff were super great. Only issue was the thermostat was set to 65 & we couldn’t change it. So we froze. The bathroom light was super dark. Other than that was a great stay!"
