"The property was very nice. When I checked in, it was communicated that construction would be occurring 10-5, including weekends. Only hiccup was the address given by Expedia. It is in Governors WEST, not Governors Drive. That should be corrected."

"The only suggestion we would have for improvement would be to raise the level of the beds in the rooms designated with a roll in shower for wheelchairs. The bed was soft, it was comfortable but because it sat lower than my husband‘s wheelchair, it was difficult for us to raise him up get him back into the wheelchair. "

"Very clean and for the price, it's a remarkable place to stay. The staff was overwhelmingly nice. It was quiet and I felt safe. The location is perfect and you feel secure in that area of Florence. My only recommendation would be if, within the budget, upgrade the eggs to scrambled and have a waffle/pancake machine that works. But fir the price of the room, I still give ya'll a 5 star rating. My overall stay was very enjoyable!"
