"Expensive food service and bar...$21 glass of wine with no offer for happy hour which i learned took place during my time in place. Lentil soup had no lentils...was a bisque. Unappetizing. 20 % service charge and then a notice for a tip!!"

"Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. The room was spotless, stylish, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. I cant wait to return!"

"My room got flooded from a bad over flow from sewer. I wasnt happy because this was sewer water that we had step on which is very unhealthy my suitcase got wet so this was even worse they gave me another room hours later couldn't even shower that morning ."

"Nice location and staffs are friendly. Staying two nights , The room is very small. No coffee and tea in the room. There is only one side of the bed, inconvenient to get off the bed if two people stayed "

"While some of the staff were good and kind some of them were super aggressive and rude, more specifically one of the employees running the gym. He was in everyone’s face and made guests feel uncomfortable. The hotel was super dirty and water would just flood out of the ceiling in some rooms. For how expensive the stay is and for it being a beachfront hotel they sure do try and do as little as possible to make it nice for the guests. Wouldn’t recommend."
