Small but clean with everything you need for a good night rest. Breakfast included, nothing hot but a good selection of fruits, yogurts, juices, coffee, etc and a waffle maker. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Across from beach, no ocean view but easy access to ocean and boardwalk. Affordable

Room was cleaned only 2 times in 7 days. Sheets were never changed. Drawers were dirty and I had to clean them to put my clothes in. Bathroom door was coming off the hinges and could not be closed. Other than that, the room and the sheets were clean when I arrived, there were plenty of clean towels.

the room was ok, a little dirty with hair in the shower and on the floor. Everything felt a bit dated, but I was only there briefly and it was fine enough for a one night stay. The girl at the front desk was fine and it was nice to have a small breakfast option before heading out. It's also nice to have a parking garage right across the street. The hotel was close to where I needed to go.
