"I booked this break for my wife's big birthday. We stayed for 2 nights on B&B basis. The hotel looked very festive when we arrived as all the Christmas trees had been put up and decorated. The reception area looked lovely. We had a quick, smooth check-in and were advised of opening times for dining and the spa facility. "Staff on reception were professional friendly and engaging. Room was spacious and modern. Bar area very inviting and the food was excellent. Really good range on the evening menu and quality and presentation were excellent. Bar and restaurant staff all really professional. We have a great stay. "

"Hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very big. Only things that let it down slightly was the walls in the bedroom were very badly chipped on the corners. But otherwise very happy with our stay. "
