"I often pass through Norfolk as it's an easy flight destination from my hometown to other parts of VA. I/We stay the night on each end because it's a long flight. We had stayed at another hotel when landing, and we were really disappointed (old, shabby, not clean). I was pleasantly surprised at the Hampton Inn stay at the end of my travels. Comfortable with enough space to sort my luggage and prepare for flight out. All items worked, and it was just nice. I needed a shuttle back to the hotel after returning a car in the evening and the shuttle was prompt and the driver courteous; same in a.m. on trip to airport. This hotel will be the one we book on all future trips to Norfolk."
