"The location was perfect. The room was clean and had everything you needed. However the bedroom and particularly the wardrobe had an old smell. I wouldn’t want to hang my clothes in there.. Also given that bed had no doona or blanket I found blankets in the cupboard. The blankets were in a bag and do not smell fresh"

"Whilst the facilities and location of Ivory Palms was fantastic, our stay was let down by the actual unit. It was tired and lacked some basics. Simple things like extra cutlery, a proper flipper and chopping board would go a long way. The lounges were very dated, dirty, stained and uncomfortable. It was evident that vacuuming doesn't always happen under the lounges and beds. There was no vacuum available in the unit. The shower bathroom was dated was missing the shower door and so water...
