Nice spacious condo w beautiful view of Caribbean from 6th floor balcony. Condo has all of the needed amenities including beach gear. The only thing about this property is it’s on the very far north end of the high rise hotel area and is a good walk to all of the restaurants & shopping. However, the bus is a good option and just a short inexpensive way to get around. Security at the from gate was very helpful in securing us a taxi. Not much option for breakfast on property, so we had to go elsewhere. Also, we had to pay for beach chairs at Eagle & Palm beach, which is included when you stay at the resorts. Overall, a good choice if you prefer a secluded area

The facility is excellent but communication was lacking. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and there was no communication. The room was facing west and we saw the beautiful sunset every evening. However, the blind malfunction for 2 nights and no one come to fix it.

While the facility is lovely and well maintained I unfortunately tripped on a twisted rubber mat at the entrance to our building and broke my arm in two places. When we reported it to reception, their advice was to call a taxi and go to the hospital. At check out we again reported the accident and the response was "oh well, it can happen on vacation or not on vacation". There was no concern, no offers of assistance, and no follow up. From home, I contacted the management and after several weeks the response was essentially that they had received no report of an accident, all of their mats are secure and they have received no complaints. I interpreted this response as at first, denial that the problem existed and secondly, they had no responsibility at all for the accident. My intent was not to create difficulties for the facility but to alert them to the potential problem for others and to alert them to the ineffective response of the staff. While their response assured me that guests' safety of concern to them, their response to my injury did not support this claim. There are so many options for places to stay in Aruba; I would suggest trying to find one that does take guests' safety seriously and accepts responsibility for that safety as much as possible

Studio apartment was adversitized differently. The assigned unit has everything but was small and with mold problems on the ceiling and side wall. The restaurant in the property is very convenient and has nice food and service. The area in general is nice.

Love the ocean front view and having a kitchenette. Our unit was a touch disappointing as we had no beach chairs or a dust pan, furniture was a bit oversized for the unit so we had to make sure not to hit our hips on the counter to use the washroom lol. Chairs were available for $3 a day at reception per person, however the day we wanted them they only had one. If you enjoy walking this is a perfect spot in between both palm and eagle beach. Not super close to restaurants but still walkable. Definitely got our steps in! We did enjoy the quietness of the area and views. Overall we enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island 🙂

My unit was very nice & clean. The property was walking distance to eagle beach which was amazing! I’d definitely stay here again. The only thing the unit could use is a full body mirror. Everything else was perfect overall

We had the 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo for a third of the price of an all inclusive 2 bed hotel room. We rented a car, and visited all of the major sights on the island, as well as many of the restruants that the locals visit. Buying local groceries and eating out was better and cheaper than an all inclusive. Azure Beach residences was in between the larger hotel district and the Eagle Beach hotels, but within walking distance to the beach. It was perfectly quiet, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The room, bedding, and towels were not as clean as they should be. The dryer was broken. No dish tray to store your dishes after cleaned. The blinds looked like dog ate at it in the master bedroom. The decor was nice. And one of the pools are under “renovation/construction” but it seems as though that its been that way for awhile, and staff don’t want to keep up with the maintenance of the pool so they only allow guest access to one. The owner in which we stayed has a closet in the master bedroom that he occupies one of the closets and says if the closet is open there is a $250. We paid for the space but the owner is using it as storage along with consequences. Overall its an average stay.

Overall satisfied, great vacation.
The location was great for us, as we had a rental car and I prefer Eagle beach to the high rise area on the island. The view was lovely of the ocean, I believe every unit has a balcony and ocean view. The pools were fantastic!! I got a 2 bedroom unit. The primary suite was great, but the secondary bedroom's beds weren't so comfortable, and had a smell of mildew. The showers didn't drain the water well, and they filled up quickly at the bottom of the showers. Be aware that the dryer is a ventless dryer and didn't dry our clothes or towels, but they all dried nicely on the balcony. The front desk was nice. There are no housekeeping services, and you have to supply your own toiletries once you run out of the small containers provided. Two beach chairs are provided in the unit as well as beach towels.

First trip to Aruba
Disappointed that our condo did not have beach chairs or beach umbrella available for our trips to the nearby beaches. The property did have a small number of chairs, but none ever available our first 5 days. Loved the beautiful pools and hot tub on grounds. Also wish we had rented a car right away. Really need it to get around the island. Staff was especially helpful and considerate, especially friendly Raymond at the security gate.
