"To stay here a car is a necessity.The surroundings were fantastic but the rooms we had were very tired and highly overpriced for what we got.Breakfast was from 7am we arrived at 7am and everywhere was closed.As we were leaving early all we had was a coffee.Would not stay here again."

"We stayed at grandmas for one week while volunteering at the dog sanctuary in town and we are very happy we chose to stay there. Grandma is very kind, inviting, and lovely to talk to. Her daughter is a ball of joy and very intelligent. The breakfast is top notch! We had fried rice and also some special Burmese cuisine. "No-strings-attached accommodation. Basic rooms, but perfect for the traveler that needs a place to sleep and a bathroom. About a 10 minute walk to the Mon Bridge and all that is going on in Sangkhla Buri. And Mon is just across the bridge. Friendly staff, nicely landscaped. "

"Sangkla resort is nice clean place to stay in Sangklaburi, with friendly accommodating staff, but travellers staying at this resort must have their own transport to visit the local tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good for Asian food. Western style food was more limited but adequate. The only downside was that fried eggs are not kept warm ! "
