The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The aircon blower in the room was making quite a bit of noise, and the staffs very quickly addressed the issue after giving the feedback. Plenty of food options within walking distance. A great place to stay!"

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable...

"The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend had booked B&B but I booked room only. I was given complimentary breakfast and also a free late checkout. Lovely experience. Bangsaen’s an interesting Thai resort. Almost all tourists are Thai - they do beach holidays very differently from Europeans 😊"

"Overall a good place. Everything is functional. Reception is just doing there job. No welcome, no information, it took us 2 days to find the table tennis room, and on our last day we found the laundry room. Room attendant staff was amazing. So was the breakfast staff. Breakfast very basic, but I brought my own items to supplement. But the Thai rice soup with generous amount of prawns was the daily highlight for my wife. No balcony furnitures, would be a nice touch to offer at check in."

"Great stay with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning had a slight musty smell, but the staff were kind and attentive, especially to kids. Breakfast offered good variety for all ages, and the play area was fun for both kids and adults. Loved the lychee slushie! Would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is good, but definitely designed for business stays. Cold design of lobby and restaurant. Rooms are fine but a bit small. Bathroom design is a little awkward with total privacy being impossible. Parking is ample, but tight."
