"I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. "Workers have low English proficiency . There was a challenge when trying to communicate with some of the workers. Although the reception and all other things were generally ok.They must improve in this regard. Some workers are good but only the one that I communicated with when I left the place"

"Going to first floor with no elevator might be an issue for some people. The staff was so loud way too early you can’t get any sleep in the morning. The place is clean so if you are an early bird the noise from outside won’t bother you. I did put in a complaint with front desk hopefully that helped."
