"Nice hotel right by the main station. Very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Some negatives. We booked a non smoking room, and confirmed this whilst checking in. However we were put on floor 6, which is the only floor with the smoking area. The corridor smells of smoke, and so did our room, and unsurprisingly could hear a lot of smokers coughing horrendously. We asked to change rooms, and the staff allowed us to straight away, which was great. As for the free continental breakfast, it is only bread/rolls, I feel this should be specified. Overall though nice place to stay."
