"We traveled as a family and had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Principe. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station, which was very convenient when arriving and departing the city. We had two rooms. Although they didn’t have a canal view, they were bright, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. One day, we did notice a faint onion smell when opening the window, but it was a one-time occurrence and didn’t impact our overall experience. Breakfast was one of the highlights: very complete and varied, with fresh fruit, real-tasting eggs (not the artificial kind!), a nice assortment of breads, and a good selection of drinks. It was also included in our reservation made through Hotels.com, which was a great plus. The hotel has direct access to the canal, which allowed us to enjoy beautiful views and experience a traditional Venetian moment, with gondolas passing right in front of us. While main attractions like St. Mark’s Square are about a 40-minute walk away, the walk itself is enjoyable and a great way to explore Venice’s charming streets. All in all, a very good option for staying in Venice, especially if you’re arriving by train and traveling with family."

We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable! What truly elevates H10 Palazzo is its exceptional service. Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
