It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). "We was checked in late but wow the staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling and looked after us from start to finish. We have 2 small children which was hard work but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy as possible.
