"We had a little hiccup with the email providing the check-in info, but once we called it was quickly resolved. The room has been redecorated nicely, with a super comfy bed and cold A/C. Right next to the farmers market, and a short walk to downtown Hilo.

"The property was well kept and beautiful outside. The lobby and our room were very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
