Semester 201807

Området kanonbra med mycket aktiviteter och otroligt rent och snyggt dock var service under all kritik av den agent vi tydligen bodde för. Vi var inte medvetna om att det inte var Zaton resort vi bodde för utan detta var en fristående agent som hade sina mobile homes på området. Vi fick inte lakan och handdukar till alla utan fick ägna flera timmar åt att jaga detta och det var inte bara en dag utan även när vi upptäckte att de inte kom och byte lakan och handdukar efter några natter... vi saknade bestick och andra husgeråd, det fick vi inte fast vi påpekade detta flertalet gånger utan fick köpa i affären själva. Ny kaffebryggare kom dock efter nästan en vecka... Vi var inte helt nöjda med denna service och efter en rejäl klagan till agenten så fick vi 10% rabatt på boendet.

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het park is ons goed bevallen. Mooi zwembad en leuk strandje. Het huisje viel helaas wel wat tegen. Veel kleiner dan we hadden verwacht. Het grote bed was super hard en de mogelijkheid om het huisje schoon te maken was minimaal met alleen een stoffer en blik. Het park zou ik aanbevelen, maar deze huisjes niet.

Satisfatório

A estadia foi boa. O que foi péssimo foram os serviços da Hoteis.com para nossa reserva em Pula, Croácia. Ao chegarmos no hotel, nos disseram que não havia reserva alguma feita, sendo que havíamos reservado pela Hoteis.com há mais de mês e tínhamos, inclusive, a comprovação por email. Pediram-nos para aguardar até o final da estadia para confirmarem. No final, disseram que realmente não haviam recebido nenhum pedido de reserva da Hoteis.com. Resultado: pagamos valor acima do que pagaríamos se o site tivesse funcionado adequadamente. Não voltarei a usar a Hoteis.com e não recomendarei seu uso.

Bon séjour dans son ensemble

1re expérience d'un court séjour (2 nuits) en mobil home. Camping de luxe. Grosse infrastructure. On y trouve tout ce que l'on souhaite (y compris un supermarché dans l'enceinte du camping !) Parfait pour les familles avec enfants. Attention, il faut parler anglais
