"A pousada é bem na praia, mas a minha experiência ficou meio a quem , fiquei fora do quarto para esperar um pedido de Ifood, fiquei assustada pois a moça da recepção foi embora e o homem da manutenção também. "the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

"First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasn’t cooling property. On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: “right now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboy”. Estacionamento dentro do hotel um pouco apertado, mas sempre tinha vaga, ou seja ok. Fica a 15 minutos de carro do centro de Angra, eh perto."

"O quarto atende a necessidade de um espaço para descansar, mas está bem aquém em aspectos que podem ser considerados importantes para um hóspede. A internet não funcionou em nenhum dia. Toalhas de banho manchadas e rasgadas. Não há cortina na parte do chuveiro, fazendo com que o banheiro fique todo molhado após o banho. Foi preciso ficar alternando as pilhas entre os controles remotos, pois não havia para todos. A pousada não oferece café da manhã, apesar de ter o serviço disponível em parceria...
