"1ª Avisamos que chegaríamos após às 2 horas da manhã e não tinha ninguém para atender, ficamos do lado de fora por um bom tempo. 2º Falta de informações e sinalizações distribuída pela pousada. 3º As camas são péssimas, não tem sabonete e o box não possui blindex ou alguma proteção. 4º Café da manhã razoável e a tapioca é paga, só que avisaram depois hahahhaha... Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. "É um lugar que eu não volto. Fomos acomodados numa suíte onde o ar não gelava. O funcionário foi solícito mas deu a entender que não sabíamos ligar o ar. Então só constatou que o ar estava com defeito após 2 horas. Nos colocou em outra suíte. Limpa e confortável porém o chuveiro pingava. Muito ruim para tomar banho. O local não é para descanso, uma vez que o restaurante é muito perto das suítes e nele ocorrem eventos, transmissão de jogos e tem música alta. Difícil dormir com tanto barulho....

"Clean room, friendly-enough staff and an excellent all you can eat breakfast. It's a bit far from Rio City and the beaches - roughly 50 minutes - , but it's perfect if you want some peace and quiet away from the madness of Rio. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again."
