"Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby.
