"Close but not super close to metro stations. However you can use taxis and is not expensive, to Ueno and even Tokyo station is a few thousand yens. The Hotel has the basics for apartment type property. It is worth it but not something that i would consider a must stay. Very quiet area and great for enjoying your shuteye time. Our kids loved the bunkbeds and having the washer/dryer unit was super convenient"

"This is so clean and great location area. There is a big bath tub and landry machine in room. So clean room. There is two subway station which is Yurakucho line "shintomicho" station and Hibiya line "Tsukiji" station. There is 24hour store front of the this hotel. I do recommend 3days or more. "

"This was a stay at the end of our trip And honestly wish we’d booked the Monday apart hotels every where. It was sooooo comfortable for our family of 4. Two comfy beds plus two comfy bunks, full dining table, tv, washer/dryer and decent sized room. Staff were Amazing and super kind and helpful. Area was the best. 2 minute walk to station, food, shopping and market and on the other side 12 min walk to electric town. Loved our stay it was brilliant. "

"My third time staying at Oakwood. Unbeatable location in Azabu Juban. Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. "The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk. "

"A hidden Gem in Tokyo, we stayed here a bit randomly but it was honestly such a great stay. It’s deceptively in a great location. Just a block away from the train station. ( we could hear it slightly but it never bothered us) and super close to a Lawson we could be in Tokyo station in 10 minutes and Shinjuku on 25. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet, no noisy guests. Staff were wonderful, always friendly and wanting to help. The room was much smaller than we are use to, but then we did not spend a lot of time in our room. The room itself was very clean and exceptionally efficient. The bed sat higher off the ground so that luggage would fit underneath. The bed was very firm but superbly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the laundry facilities. There was only a small handful of machines to service 31 floors with potentially hundreds of people at any one time. "
