"Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer. Taking a cup of tea up a flight of stairs to the Mrs can be a bit of a chore for a four-score age person.
