"Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"Eden Hotel is a gem in Amsterdam. We loved our stay very much! We flew into AMS, took the train to Central Station and walked about 20 mins or so to the hotel which is right on one of the canals. The lobby is extremely modern, filled with various plants and very warm which was nice (as we visited recently in the winter months). It was VERY cold outside so we were always happy to get back to the hotel after a long day of exploring and walking around! It's so centrally located, closest to Rembrandt Square but Dam Square is a very short walk away as well. One other thing I'd like to mention is their water pressure is insane, I don't think I've experienced that at a hotel before. The beds were so comfortable! We stayed in one of the rooms that had the wallpaper / blue corset image behind the bed... in comparison to our friends room, we were on the upgraded side of the building so I'd keep that in mind when booking! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. I'd absolutely stay here again!"

"They will shuttle you to and from the airport. There is little to nothing nearby, BUT they make it up by having the hotel accommodated with a mini-grocery that's 24/7, multiple dining options, amongst other things. I stayed in the Netherlands for a week at multiple different hotels, this one was by far my favorite. Will use again in future. "
