We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. "This place is generally very overrated and overpriced. The "apartments" or "studios" are not separate entities as one might think. This property is in fact an apartment broken down into smaller entities. Hence, the walls are very thin, which defies the very purpose of privacy. While walking the corridor I could hear every word others were saying in their rooms. This, in fact, was very uncomfortable when thinking that others could hear you while in your room. Two addresses are shown in the communications so you can easily go to the wrong location with the exact same apartment numbers. Once you get to the proper address it is very difficult to find the apartment by following the instructions. "Excellent apartment for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. It was very nice to be met by owner and showed around. "

"Everything you needed inside of the unit (nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and drying rack, iron and ironing board, furnished balcony, TV), inside of the apartment tower (clean hallways, quiet elevator) to the outside of the gated complex (24 hour security on site, huge shopping center within 5 min walking). "Die Unterkunft könnte richtig super sein, aber es gibt da paar Probleme. 1. Das Bett hat keine Kopfstütze. Es ist sehr kompliziert in dem Bett zu schlafen wir haben Decken genommen um die Löcher zu Stopfen damit die Kopfkissen nich auf dem Boden landen. 2. Die Gardinen sind zu kurz und sie auch nicht entsprechend verdunkelt. Wenn die Sonne aufgeht ist das Apartment sehr hell. 3. Der Tisch in Wohnzimmer ist zwar cool aber unpraktisch. "Good location for a stay in Katowice. Fine Appartement. And overall a perfect place. No air-conditioning with 32 degrees outside was slightly challenging. But otherwise perfect. Be sure to read the (detailed) information mail before arrival. It was slightly difficult to find the correct address."

"The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer"
