The room I booked was not what I received. The bedsheets were not clean and had stains. You could hear everything including people snoring. The noise level was way too high. Only good thing is the location of the hotel but the hotel should take cleanliness and noise level seriously.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. They had complimentary coffee in the morning and a nice buffet breakfast for an extra cost. All staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Now for the negative, the website advertises self service laundry facilities in the hotel but they don’t have that anymore. We were counting on it and had planned on it at this point in our trip, so we had to walk to one. The other thing was that the toilet was in such a bad position that a person could not sit straight on it because a wall was too close to your right knee, and to make it worse, even sitting slightly sideways it was not possible to close the bathroom door either because there was not enough space. Maybe a small child would have better use of this bathroom but not us. We did not spend much time in our room, too much to see and do out and about but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests.

Terrible. Our room had mold and high humidity. I would not stay here. Carpet had mold for sure. Wood floors in room had moisture damage. Don’t have floor pics as chrcked in at 11pm. Left as soon as possible next morning

One thing we didn't like was the overall size of the room. Another thing we didn't like was the shower. It was impossible to take a shower and not totally drench the bath matt as there is not door on shower and it is small. Cannot say enough great things about the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Also think the location was good as it was centrally located to most things.

This is a very eco friendly hotel. I loved the location, 3 min wak from metro and 10 min walk from Nice-Ville train station. Old town was clise too. Amazing staff and very nice breakfast. Room was clean and just as pictured!

Like everything except of if you do not use AC and open balcony/window It will be very noisy from the parking below. Sometimes feels smocking smell in the room. But if you in hot time with AC you do not hear noise.

Great spot and not too far of a walk toward the sea or shops/ restaurants area. Our hotel room was a bit squishy for the two of us but for what we needed it was perfect, a place to sleep at night while staying out for most of the morning/ afternoon/ evening. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, always greeting you and making sure you have everything you need.
