This property is absolutely wonderful! We arrived late for check-in, however we were emailed instructions, codes to room, gate etc prior to check-in. After arrival we realized our room had a bunk bed (for kids) and sofa bed (for us), which wasn't really comfortable to sleep on. Next morning we asked for upgrade, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly to upgrade our room for no additional cost. The pool is amazing, the terraces and patios facing the pool are great, the only suggestion I would have is to book a room with extra beds since sleeping on a sofa bed is not exactly ideal. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property ! It's clean, beautiful situated in a small safe town with a wonderful downtown and amazing restaurants.

Breathtaking view, beautiful apartment, easy check in, beds are small but cosy. Be aware that they don’t call themselves « hotel » and therefore don’t refill toilet paper or garbage bags. We had a great stay and enjoyed the spacious living room.

The place could do a minor refreshment / improve their maintenance level. Several tiles where crooked, and there where not enough parking spots or sunbeds when the facility is more than 75% utilised.

Extremely basic accommodation

An *extremely* basic hotel. Very clean but far fewer amenities than a Travelodge or Premier Inn for a UK comparison. Had to pay to park and despite this still not enough spaces in the car park. Quite isolated location - must have a car. Poor communication and overall disappointing and reasonably expensive for what it is.

Stay away.

An absolutely disaster. Don’t even know too start. This place is way up in the mountains, no where close to anything. It has no restaurants or even a place to by bottle water. The nearest restaurant was miles away and the Uber wouldn’t even deliver food to us. We booked 4 nights stay and after the first night had to leave and find another place. We are very disappointed at this loans at Hotel.com who absolutely washed their hands and did. It help us at all.

Nice and clean property with good location and surroundings. The AC was not working in the whole building and the only solution that was provided was mobile AC units that needed a vent outside which made it very noisy and allowed insects inside the unit. The management did not accept to move us I to another building nor provided any solution other that the mobile AC units. Management did not even then respond to my further follow ups during my whole stay.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Nous somme arrivé le jeudi 17 juillet, nous avons remarqué plusieurs détails négatifs, comme l’ascenseur en panne, l’appartement qui était sale, ( exemple comme les draps couvert de tache , le sol poussiéreux et sale des verres cassés, les transats déchiré, le système d’alarme incendie qui c’est déclenché la nuit et le matin pour aucune raison . Nous sommes venu chaque an depuis le début de l’ouverture, depuis le changement du responsable, on a remarqué que des retours négatifs !!!

Vi bodde der i over en uke. Det kan virke som at leilighetskomplekset sliter med drift, vedlikehold og renhold både ute og inne. Vi opplevde nesten daglig/nattlig brannalarmer. Leiligheten og området var fint, resepsjonist hyggelig og behjelpelig. Komplekset har derimot et stort potensiale med bedre drift.

Skønt lejlighedshotel

Meget fint lejlighedshotel med god pool beliggende i de skønneste omgivelser. 6 minutter fra Vence i bil og ca. det samme til ST. Paul de Vence. Oplagt til familieferie. Det var ikke helt klart under booking at det er lejligheder, så obs på selv at købe toiletpapir, medbringe badehåndklæder mm.

Séjour agréable mais bruillant. Présence d'un dun groupe sympathique mais très (très) bruillant, avec beaucoup d'enfants et des incivilités autours de la piscine (déchets bouteilles et glace qui trainent, réservation de transats sans que le staff n'applique le règlement de ne justement pas réserver les transats). Nous étions venu avec notre petit pour qu'il puisse jouer avec d'autres enfants, malheureusement cela n'a pas été possible même lui trouvrmait les enfants trop bruillants. Une fois ces quelques familles parties, nous avons pu profiter au mieux du séjour avec du bruit raisonnable autour de la piscine et des enfants joueurs mais sans incommoder plus que de raison. Literie très molle.... Nous pouvons revenir mais certainement a une autre période. Staff toutefois très gentil et disponible.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool ist für die Masse an Menschen zu klein! Was auch nicht geht ist dass man keine eingene Getränke am Pool mitnehmen darf und das bei Selbstverpflegung, sowas muss man bei Reiseverkauf/ Unterkunft erwähnen!! No Go! Wäre für uns ein Grund nicht mehr zu buchen, wenn die Getränke wenigstens günstig angeboten würden dann ok aber so, essen genauso.
