"Had issue with check in. Nothing sent to phone as stated because of limited cell service in area. Had to go to office to get room and code. They have wrong room and had to go back for correct room. This was frustrating because it was after the check in time, which is later than most properties. The unit was fine, bare bones with decor etc. shower in one bathroom was leaking. I have stayed on property few times. This time was definitely less impressive."

"We decided last-minute to take a weekend trip to Niantic, and the Niantic Inn was located perfectly in the center of everything! Clean, comfortable rooms with a lovely welcome gift and little touches that made the stay unique. A short walk to the beach and the little town with great shopping, restaurants, and other things to do. We loved Niantic, a beautiful town, and will be back to the Inn. Thank you."

"This hotel was great! Great location, great staff, good food and drinks, and very clean and family friendly. Although my wife and I traveled alone, it was nice to see all the multi generational families staying at the hotel. The hotel and staff go out of their way to make this a very family friendly hotel. If we come back to Mystic CT, I know where I'm staying!"
