"We really enjoyed our stay at White Oaks! This was our first visit and we will definitely return. The hotel was very nice, all the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were comfortable, the spa was relaxing with a nice atmosphere, the restaurant was excellent and we appreciated the healthy choices. It was connected to an outstanding health club that we were able to use and really enjoy. This was a fabulous and relaxing birthday getaway!"

"We have been at this Hotom a number of times. It is a beautiful hotel with good value. It is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub always clean. A nice restaurant with good food and prices. Great location to Niagara on the Lake wine region. "

"We were looking for a cheap, quick getaway, so our expectations weren't especially high. We surprised by the excellent facilities, amenities, and service. From check-in (with home-made cookies) to check-out, never have we had such enthusiastic care and attention from the staff at any other establishment in North America. Value added included a continental ( ) breakfast (included eggs, and tea/coffee service), afternoon wine tastings, and free shuttle service to the main area of town (Alison, the shuttle driver, was extremely helpful and accommodating). The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, with a gas fireplace, Nespresso machine, fridge, etc. The bathroom featured an over-sized tub with jets and a very large shower. Downsides: the room was extremely warm—no real occasion to use the fireplace and no room-specific climate control (with the fan on, even -3º cold from outside the open windows didn't make it into the room). Although equipped with a TV, it was pretty outdated with no streaming options and limited cable channels—not that that was a high priority for us. Torn between recommending this place and "keeping it our secret.""

"This place was perfect. Beautiful room l, fireplace, hot tub, bathroom, nespresso machine. Staff were delightful. Restaurant and hotel lounge were outstanding. Across the street from the Shaw Festival and right on Main St. Free parking. Wonderful Thai restaurant as a bonus to Zee’s, which is a decadent and worthwhile luxury 💕"
