Rooms were clean. Elevators were slow and in demand. A bus load of people overwhelming the elevators and loby. Parking was $25 plus tax round it up to $30. No breakfast available even if you wanted to pay. Response was to both welcome to Niagara falls. :(

close to Niagra parks and falls. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby which is convenient.We stayed in winter and it's so covenient that when it's so cold outside, we don't need to go far to dine in.

Best thing about this property is it is a good location so you can walk to most attractions and restaurants when the weather is good. The beds and pillows were comfy. Restaurant in the hotel was not open when we were there and were not notified of this at time of booking.

It was not worthy for the amount we paid. The place is old and smelly. All over the hotel and bathroom have musty/moldy smell. The hotel is long overdue for upgrades. Overall, the experience was okay. the room was empty but the bed was comfy. The view was meh, since there wasn’t much around (but i did not purchase for any view), but there was a funky odor in the hallway, and the ihop was closed. Also, the first floor reeked of chlorine from a mile away. Still waiting for my $50 deposit back.

Air conditioning was set to 61 when we arrived in January. Alarm clock went off at 5 am in our room and our travelling companions room the first morning after arriving, so check that the alarm on the digital clock is turned off. There were two stapled spots in our sheets, but no holes etc…. So not sure what that was all about.
