I went to my brothers wedding and stumbled upon this beautiful hotel! Accommodating for early checkin. Clean hotel. Friendly staff! A little continental breakfast in the morning. Easy checkout. Beautiful beautiful location!

Very nice hotel. Room was great. Check-in did take long though as someone was in front of us and there was some sort of problem that required 2 staff to deal with. I was in a huge hurry and there weren't many guests at this time, so it was rather frustrating to have to wait. Had I known, I would have arrived a different time. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Property was in convenient location for me as I was enroute and staying one night. Staff was very professional and friendly, the restaurant on site was impressive. The lighting inside at tables should maybe be dimmed so patrons can appreciate the view more. Nice quiet, clean, safe place. Will stay here again and will take advantage of the pool next time.

After an exhausting evening at a family wedding at Balls Falls, the employee at the reception desk took the time to get me checked in so quickly and made sure that my son and I were in the room within minutes. After a couple of setbacks, not once did she make me feel out of place or in the wrong - she took the extra steps to make sure she took care of it. THANKS SILVIA
