Rooms are ok. Wifi is terrible in the rooms, so not great if you want to work etc. Paper thin walls, can hear everyone come in and out in the hall way, hear people in the other room and when somebody uses the shower there is a very loud water pump working. Beach is just across the road which is good Overall is ok for the money.

Great hotel near the beach and beach bars with many good restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Only problem is the shower water running into the toilet area, drains do not drain fast enough and water runs into bathroom toilet area. This is not a big deal though if you have stayed in Vietnam before as it can be much worse. Not a deal breaker. Clean hotel at the right price close to the beach and starbucks is a great thing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

Fordeler: vennlige og serviceorienterte ansatte (når de er å fås tak i) Ulemper: det føles nesten som om man sover på gaten, det er SVÆRT DÅRLIG lydisolasjon. Badet var ødelagt så det lekket vann ut etter dusj. ACen funket dårlig. Mye slitasje og generelt utdatert standard. Absolutt ikke en 4-stjerners hotell, mer 2-stjerner. Anbefaler ingen å bo her, vi var en gruppe på 15 og ALLE fikk en dårlig opplevelse. Det var alltid noe som var gale.

DISAPPOINTED

Last February, I stayed 1 night here which made me come back this time. Hotel condition changed so quickly in less than 4 months. When we enter the reception, the place was dark that we thought it was closed. No lights and AC. I booked for 3 rooms which they said they upgraded our rooms - thank you. BREAKFAST: 1. COCKROACH was crawling on the bread!!! Yes, that’s correct, COCKROACH. At first, they did not believe in me so they looked for it and waited UNTIL IT CAME AGAIN. The cook even killed it by her hand! 2. PORK SPARERIBS had HUMAN HAIR! 3. Breakfast choices was not good at all compared to 4 months ago. In spite of this, I remained calm not to alarm other guests. I even tried to continue my breakfast but only ordered egg that was cook in front of me, hot fried rice, boiling noodle soup, and coffee. To Alana Management, sorry about this review to be posted online. I also rely on reviews when I book for hotels as I always travel. For sure, I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

風呂の前にメンテ小屋

バスルームの窓の前にメンテ用の小屋やバルコニーがある。こんな部屋を使わせるのは信じられない。女性の方なら宿泊は無理ではないか？また奥の部屋は廊下に電気が無く、スマホの懐中電灯を利用し悲しくなった。 他はそんなに悪くなかったが、もう二度と使わないと思われる。 There is maintenance space just in front of bathroom window. Of course it is very restless and unbelievable design. There is no light in end of corridor, so I had to use smartphone lighting app. Others are not so bad, but I feel very sad and decided never use this hotel.

깨끗한 호텔~

부모님이랑 갔는데 깨끗하고, 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 새벽 비행기여서 1박은 못하고 약 12시간 머물렀습니다. 27층에 있는 수영장은 아주 크진 않지만 재미있게 놀 수 있었습니다. 위치는 분위기 좋은 마사지 샵이 도보 5분 거리에 2개나 있고, 맛집(레인포레스트, 콩카페, 옌스레스토랑 등) 도보 10분 내에 갈 수 있었습니다. 나트랑 해변가에있는 알라나나트랑호텔에서 2박을 했는데, 바로 앞에 클럽이 있어서 밤 11시 부터 음악틀고 새벽 2시 넘게까지 엄청 시끄러웠습니다. 여기는 1박은 안했지만 자정까지 있어본 결과 음악소리가 조금 들리긴 하지만 괜찮은 정도입니다. 다만 바로 옆에 호텔신축하는것 같았는데... 뗏 기간에는 공사를 쉬는것 같았습니다. 공사하는 동안에는 조금 소음이 있을 수 있을것 같습니다

호텔 이용후 솔직한 후기를 남겨드립니다. 전체적인 평가를 내리자면 이번여행에 전 일정을 숙박한 알라나 나트랑 비치 호텔은 45/100점 입니다. 1. 호텔 내부 이용시설 구성에 있어 좋았습니다. (루프탑 수영장을 비롯하여 실내 온탕 및 사우나 시설을 갖주고 있어 날씨에 상관없이 아이들이 물놀이를 즐기기에 좋았음.), 키즈룸은 실망입니다. 많이 개선되거나 광고사진을 정정하거나해야함 2. 서비스 근무하시는 직원분들이 손님에게 응대시 직원분들의 태도에서는 좋은 평가입니다. 3. 시스템적으로 미흡(시스템 문제이었는 모르겠지만, 예약한 내용을 체크인시 제대로 확인이 안되서 중복 결제가 진행됨.), 문제에 대해 직원대응이 아닌 소비자가 문제제기를 하여 해결됨. 4. 시설적인 문제로는 룸별 방음이 되지 않아 불편함.(현지 숙박시설이 미흡한건 알고 있지만 조금 더 심함을 느낌.)

(루프탑 수영장을 비롯하여 실내 온탕 및 사우나 시설을 갖주고 있어 날씨에 상관없이 아이들이 물놀이를 즐기기에 좋았음.) 2. 서비스 근무하시는 직원분들이 손님에게 응대시 직원분들의 태도에서는 좋은 평가입니다. 3. 시스템적으로 미흡(시스템 문제이었는 모르겠지만, 예약한 내용을 체크인시 제대로 확인이 안되서 중복 결제가 진행됨.), 문제에 대해 직원대응이 아닌 소비자가 문제제기를 하여 해결됨. 4. 시설적인 문제로는 룸별 방음이 되지 않아 불편함.(현지 숙박시설이 미흡한건 알고 있지만 조금 더 심함을 느낌.)

Good location close to ATMs and beach. Breakfast consisted mainly of Asian dishes but was very nice.

Der aussen Pool wahr viel zu kalt, das Frühstück wahr nicht besonders gut, ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Bra hotell

Ett trevligt välskött hotell nära stranden, nära till restauranger. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen.
